Demolition and a wall are not a van-load guess

Knocking down a shed, a garage or a wall is priced on the structure and the access, not on these bands. Photos of the building, both sides of the wall, and the path to the road are what Lee needs. The price includes taking the rubble away. A whole house is a different conversation.

Waste removal only — the building stays — sits in the bands above. Hazardous items have to be named first. Asbestos, clinical waste and unknown drums are refused. Everything else is a photo and a number before the tipper is booked.

Soil, hardcore and wet plasterboard hit the weight limit before the van looks full. Say if the load is heavy.
A second floor without a lift is fine. It needs to be in the quote, not discovered at the door.
Adding items on the day is allowed. We price them before they go on the van — that is the standard customers have written about.
