How builders' waste works with Lee

Builders’ waste is plasterboard, timber, a kitchen, a bathroom, tiles and bagged rubble. The tipper is there so a refurbishment in a Basildon terrace does not need a skip on a permit. We collect when you have a load, not on a weekly hire.

Keep plasterboard separate if you can. It is easier to tip, and it should be in the price. Soil, hardcore and wet waste hit the weight limit long before the body looks full. Say if the load is heavy.

If the job includes knocking a wall down or taking a structure out, add those photos. The demolition and the waste can be one visit. We still will not touch a load-bearing wall that has not been checked.
