Building & structure demolition

A whole structure that has had its day: shed, garage, greenhouse, lean-to, derelict outbuilding. We demolish it and remove what comes down. You are not left with a skeleton and a pile.

How building & structure demolition works with Lee

Building and structure demolition, for us, means the outbuildings people actually want gone. A rotten shed in Dagenham, a garage full of rubbish in Wickford, a lean-to that is leaning on the fence. We take it down, load the tipper, and leave the slab or the soil. We are not a contractor for knocking down an entire house. If that is the job, say so on the first message and Lee will tell you whether it is one we should price.

The photos that matter are the structure, what is in it, how close it sits to the house or the neighbour’s fence, and the path back to the road. A sectional garage on a drive is a different day to a brick store at the bottom of a long garden. The price includes the demolition and the removal. There is no second bill for “taking it away” unless the scope changes and we have said so first.

If you only want the contents gone and the building left standing, book waste removal instead. We will not start taking a structure apart because it looked easier.
