Garages and lofts are where clearances stall, because everything is up a ladder or buried at the back. We empty them: furniture, tools, old paint, bikes, boxes that moved in with you and never opened. You can keep a corner. Say so and we will work around it.

Loft jobs need a note on the hatch and whether the boards are there. We will not pretend a plasterboard ceiling is a floor. If access is only a ladder through a cupboard, the quote needs to know that.

A garage that is rotten rather than full is a demolition, not a clear-out. If the roof has gone and you want the building down, book that service and we will take the frame and the contents together.
