Knock down a wall
One wall, or a run of them, coming out so a room can open up. We knock it down and remove what comes off. The tipper takes the rubble the same day, so it is not living in the garden.

How knock down a wall works with Lee
Knocking a wall down is a small demolition with a house still wrapped around it. Stud walls are straightforward. A brick or block wall might be holding a floor, a roof or the neighbour’s half of a terrace. We will not guess. If you have not had it checked, say so and we will not start. If a builder or an engineer has already said it can come out, send that with the photos and we will price the knock-down and the away-waste.
What you are buying is the labour and the removal. We do not plaster the opening, fit a steel, or redecorate. If a steel is going in, your builder can do that and we can clear the wall and the spoil around their programme. Tell us the sequence so we are not standing on a job that is not ready.
People book this with a house clearance or a kitchen rip-out. One visit, one price, one tipper. Basildon, Wickford, and the towns on the areas pages are all in range. Photos of both sides of the wall, and of the path to the van, are enough to start.
