How office clearance works with Lee
Office and shop clearances are for units being closed, refitted or handed back. Desks, chairs, racking, bagged waste, shop fittings. We work in Basildon and the surrounding towns, and we can come outside shop hours if the building needs it.
We take IT equipment as electrical waste. We do not shred confidential papers. If files are already bagged as waste, they go. If they need destroying properly, that is a different firm and we will not pretend otherwise.
Commercial jobs are priced the same way as a house: photos, access, volume, weight. A small office is often less than people fear. A warehouse of racking is not a van. Send the wide shot as well as the close-up.
