How probate & estates works with Lee

Probate clearances are house clearances with more care about what stays. Families, executors and solicitors instruct us. We go room by room. Items set aside for relatives stay set aside. The rest goes, and the property is left broom-clean for a sale or a hand-back.

We do not race these. If the family is still deciding, we can do a part clearance and come back. The price follows the scope. Dagenham, Wickford, Leigh-on-Sea, Colchester and Chelmsford have all been part of this kind of work, either as a full estate or as the heavy rooms.

Photos help, but a walk-through is sometimes fairer when a house is full. Ask for that if you would rather not guess. Lee will tell you which it needs to be.
